Commitment and Setting Personal Goals

You will need to learn how to eat, sleep, and exercise properly so that you can have a good state of mind and health. This will make things clearer and you will find that the decision making process will become a lot easier. You will want to consider the fact that your desires are going to change. You will need to come back and evaluate your need for commitment. Just because you change your mind doesn’t mean that you are giving up.
